The vast majority of salad consumed in the Pacific Northwest is shipped here from out of the area. These road weary greens come with a high environmental cost and alarming carbon footprint.
That’s why we have worked so hard to bring our community fresh, organic, local greens. We're a family farm working to build a better, local food system from the soil up.
