Refund Policy

Please email hubsales@tenriversfoodweb.org to communicate any problems with your order.  We will do our best to replace any missing items or will issue refunds/credits if that is not possible.  If there is a concern with quality or weight, please include a photo and we may issue a partial or complete refund, at our discretion.  We do not accept returns, but please let us know if you received something you did not order as we may wish to pick it up and deliver it to where it belongs.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available for missed pickups or unscheduled business closures that preclude delivery, although we will do our best to get your order to you if unforeseen circumstances arise.
