Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up or accept delivery of your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product is damaged in transport, underweight, or does not meet your expectations of quality, please email hubsales@tenriversfoodweb.org with a documenting photograph, and we will provide a store credit or refund, at our discretion.

Our goal is to provide fresh, nutritious, and high-quality local foods, grown in rich soil and handled with love.  However, as we are primarily serving buyers who will convert these foods into prepared meals rather than sell them at market, we place a lower value on visual appearance.  We want to help local farmers to sell all of what they grow, even if it isn't perfectly smooth or round.  We will note when products are "seconds", with an associated price discount, and we encourage you to embrace twisted carrots and dimpled tomatoes which, after all, are the same inside as their more-perfect companions.
