About Us
Ejido Oso is a multi-lingual community produce farm based in Corvallis, Oregon. Working with a diaspora of folks from the indigenous community of Santiago Nuyoo Oaxaca, Ejido Oso grows traditional food crops, specialty fruits, and farmstand staples for our community. Our Farmstand is open 8am-8pm every day of the week and we accept SNAP with 50% off fruits and vegetables. We strive to be one of the most accessible local food producers in town!
Practices
Growing food in a sustainable way for the soil, the surrounding ecosystem, and for all of us on our team is our highest priority. Although we are not certified organic, we grow using organic practices and invest heavily into the long-term health of our soils. Our farm is managed by the full team, where each person is able to lean into their strengths and weigh in on what we grow and how we grow it. We offer well above minimum wage and work together to create a farm where everyone is able to utilize collective resources.
